Today I will show you a few quick breathing exercises that you can use anywhere, anytime. You don't always have to do a full long 40 minute breathwork session, sometimes you only have a few minutes in the morning and want to do a shorter practice, or are feeling stressed in the middle of your day and need to calm down.

These exercises are great for the scenarios and I don't want you to feel overwhelmed by always doing long sessions. 

Once you try these breathing techniques, these are tools that you will always have access too and can use at any moment.
