Today we are going to be focusing on a total detox. This means breathing for the mind, body and emotions. Our first technique is specifically designed to access alternate states of consciousness, to turn off the ‘overthinking’ part of your mind, stir up trapped emotion, release any emotional weight and cleanse the body. 

This type of breathing may feel strange at first, and a lot of feelings could come up in today’s breathwork session but I want you to know that you are completely in control of this experience! If it feels overwhelming, then take a break and come back to the breathing when you are ready. But don’t worry, nothing bad has ever happened from breathing!
