Day 4 - Detox for the Mind
Today we will be focusing on detoxing the mind of worry, stress and anxiety by using slow yogic breathing patterns. Using slow breathing is a great way to keep you calm through our fast, changing times. Alternate nostril yogic breathing creates a balance in the hemispheres of the brain, which allows a greater amount of focus and clarity.
These techniques take a lot of patience, so go easy on yourself and stay present with every breath that you take.
